Let it b known u can start asap. 4. completly lie & suggest ur intentions r to stay the longhaul.

Interview
Did a phone interview. They asked a few questions about my tech background and If I was willing to relocate. Then invited me out for a face to face interview. At that interview it was a panel interview with the whole tech staff. Then with the management staff. Offered me the job that day.
