Progressive Insurance Insurance Service Agent- Inbound Home & Property interview questions

Applied online, 1.5 weeks later I received an email to perform a pre recorded interview, questions asked through out the whole process were S.T.A.R. based questions. they ask a question you provided the context, how you reacted and the outcome of the situation. Recruiters were really nice and their vibe really made the process smooth. After a detailed background check was performed they called me to confirm I had gotten the job.
