Absolutely terrible. Have never experienced such disrespect from a supposedly reputable organization.
Here's how it went down:
12/9: Submitted application & immediately invited to complete assessment. 12/11: Received email to schedule phone interview. At this point, everything seemed pretty efficient.
12/17: Phone Interview went well; I was asked STAR questions about actions in previous situations. Was told at the end of the interview I would go on to the next step, the in-person interview. I was told a recruiter would contact me.
12/24: Background request started by the abysmal company HireRight, and I am required to fax W2s for the last 5 years to verify employment, though all 5 years were at the same company.
1/7: Heard from recruiter and scheduled in-person interview for the next day. She called me back at 7:30pm to reschedule, which was a little unconventional.
1/11: Went in for the on-site interview, which was many of the same straightforward STAR questions.
Was told I would hear back in "less than 10 days" by the interviewer and "within 10 business days" by the recruiter, but I didn't hear anything, and contacted the recruiter after 3 weeks.
2/9: Exactly 2 months since starting this living NIGHTMARE of an application process, I received an automated email stating that I was not selected to "continue to the next step in the process."
I thought the next step was getting the job or not, but whatever the case, this is the worse experience I have ever had.
I would only apply here if you have either lost all your dreams, hope, and/or will to live, really have a passion for mediocrity, or if you have ever felt like you were about to "hurt your brain" from "thinking too hard."
