Interview
I did not even get past the employment assessment. I thought I had nailed it; I did great in the mock call center part, but I did have to research some of the math questions (I am not good at math). The personality questions threw me off, as they were very contradictory. For example: "I typically double check my work, but not always." or "I'm a perfectionist, but only about certain things." "I don't upset over little things, but I get easily upset during big projects." and especially this one threw me for a loop "I can be creative, but creativity does not come easily to me." ....... sooo how do you agree, or disagree to these statements, without contradicting the other half of the statement? It makes absolutely no sense. Not even an hour after I submitted the assessment, I got the rejection email. Curious as to how tf people are supposed to answer the personality questions.

Late shift gets increase in wage. Will get additional 10% per hour from 6pm to 12am and additional 15% from 12am to 1am. I am scheduled to work 2pm to 12pm. Between 2pm and 6pm I make $12 per hour. What will i make per hour between 6pm and 12am?
Budget is $350. Spent $75 on office supplies, $10 per person on conference fee which 4 employees will attend. $17 for pizza party. How much left to spend on each of 12 employees

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
