Very detailed and lengthy interview process. Approx. 2 month long Background check goes back 5 years. Make sure you are very honest on the job history. They are very big on the STAR method during interview response.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you struggles or were overwhelmed by a new or difficult challenge at work or school.
It was okay mainly Starr questions that were easy to answer. I think they have a high turn around cause it’s a call center but they’re big on growth. Love that

Many star type questions. They give you a scenrio and see you you dealt with it. First interview is video recording and later the second one was through a phone call.
