Interview
Interview was complicated for no reason. Use the S.T.A.R. Method and you’ll be fine, but this job in particular doesn’t even require brain skills. You just follow their manual like a robot. As soon as you reach their standards then they’ll make it even harder to meet new goals that are always impossible to meet. I always had amazing accuracy but they moved the line as soon as I meet one goal. As if you can get done with a call when your people are at the scene with police sirens in the background and they’re arguing with the other driver. Insane.

Interview
They send you a evaluation test, then a virtual computer screening, and finally a recruiter will schedule a phone interview. Mine lasted about 40 mins and Progressive is big on the STAR interview method.
