Hiring process takes a while, like 4 months so have patience. In the beginning, the process moves quickly; you’ll take an online assessment, then you’ll have a phone interview, then a virtual interview (depending on the position you’re applying for, you might have an in-person interview). After that, the process comes to a crawl. This is where you’ll need to utilize extreme patience and DO NOT blast emails to HR or your recruiter, just give them time to get back to you, they will! Once your final interview is done, you’ll get an offer within 2 weeks, or you might not get an offer. Either way, they will let you know within 2 weeks of that final interview. Once you get an offer, your patience will be put to the test even more. They’ll tell you to look out for emails containing info on the next steps and they don’t know exactly when the emails will come, they just tell you to look out for them. Once you get the emails, the rest is history and you begin your career - starting out training, then you will work with customers while being observed, then you’re on your on! Good luck, be patient, be professional.
