I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance
Interview
I applied online and within a few days did an online assessment. After completing that I did a phone interview, the recruiter did a great job of telling me the next steps (background check and manager interview). Once I did the face to face interview with the manager I again was told when I should expect to hear back. A few days later the recruiter called and offered the position.
Great experience overall, they did mention that there was a high turn over rate due to workload. Im not sure if the company allows previous employees to reapply.
