PrognoCIS interview questions

First There is written test which is purely based on theoretical questions(mostly on oops, Servlet, Jdbc) after clearing first round they arranged technical f2f 2 hrs later, which is based on Java, Advanced Java and Tomcat (diff versions), JDK(diff versions)

i went to company through naukri.com , interview taken by 2 interviewers both are having worst english, it seems both do not have experience that how to take interview, my interview was excellent, all basic questions they people asked. but they are looking for database and sql tester which was not mentioned in the JD at naukri.com so till 45 min of intrvw they asked me all about my current project experience,work profile etc and after 45 min they starts about my sql and database in detail. worst working environment i had seen ever, no one is allowed to talk to someone at his desk, i found one of my frnd is working there, but he ignores me due to scare of environment, it seems that company charges penalty if someone found talking and smiling near to his desk, pindrop silence was there, it looks like all are working under pressure and have to pay if they want to smile to his/her colleagues...
