Profitap interview questions

Started with an online coding test. It was not so hard, so I can say it was average for difficulty. Then, the HR Interview went smoothly. Then again technical interview with team members. In the last interview one of the interviewers had a very bad English accent and I couldn't understand a word he said. I believe if somebody will attend a technical interview, the team has to be sure all of the interviewers have understandable English accents. In addition to that, they only spoke through one microphone, which made it even worse. Even I warned him that I couldn't hear him very well, he didn't move closer. Another interviewer asked irrelevant questions regarding the microprocessor level. The interviewers were so far from being friendly.

Online Programming Test that lasts 1h and 11 min maximum. The questions are under pressure, hard, requires knowing things by heart and irrelevant for real life applications. The time is too short for such questions. And the web "IDE" (if you can even call it that) is TestDome, which works awfully. You are required to use your own IDE. Not to mention you're required to record yourself and your screen (which is pretty sketchy and feels a privacy violation for just a job interview). Recording with the browser uses a lot of computing power and if you have a laptop or a normal-ish computer it will struggle with the browser + IDE. The "puzzles" sometimes are weirdly worded and have unnecessarily long, complex and sometimes incomplete descriptions (which you will realize when it's too late, when testing).
