I had several interviews.
1. The first one was with a recruiter to assess if there was a possible fit. To get to know the company and my experience.
2. A second interview was with a Product Manager. They were questions about my achievements, product thinking, what I was most proud of, etc. It felt very much like an insightful conversation.
3. Interview with Director of Engineering, Director of Product and Director of Design. It was much more of an interview style about past experiences with team building, conflict, product challenges, etc.
4. Interview with the CEO about my previous experience and the future of the company.
5. A presentation about a project that goes through breath, collaboration with stakeholders, challenges, etc.
6. Offer and discussion over the offer.
