Interview
The interview process was very long. The first interview was with HR, the rest 3 interviews with product managers. All of the interviewers were men. I was asked to prepare a presentation about the biggest challenge I faced as a PM. I put time and effort in creating the presentation. I received an email an hour prior to the scheduled interview which stated that the interview will be cancelled. The week after that, I got another email informing me that the needs of the team changed and they want to hire a more senior person. It is disrespectful to treat candidates like this.
It was a pleasant process, I ended up being in two rounds. First one was screening and second one was with a group product manager. There were a lot of case study questions to deal with on the spot.

The interviews had 4 rounds. From meeting with HR all the way to team fit. One of the rounds required preparation. We talked mostly about product management with focus on ideation, research and discovery.

No diversity or inclusion during the interview process, all interviews were led by men.
I took 3 interviews, the first one being a general overview, then another with the Director of Product, and another round with 3 people. The last step involved delivering a presentation.

I was asked about my background. During the second round, I was asked to complete an exercise about analytical thinking. The last round of interview involved a presentation about the analysis of a product problem that I encountered during my current career.
