I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Santa Barbara, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Unprofessional and disorganized. Recruiter reached and and we had a quick first call and immediately set up a call with a team lead. The team lead was late to the call. He seemed aloof. When call ended there was no mention of the next step or when I’d hear next from someone. I emailed the recruiter back right away saying thank you for the interview opportunity and excited about next steps ect. No reply. After 2 weeks of no reply I was so irritated I emailed and withdrew my application - to which there was also no response! I had heard stories like this about this company, but was surprised to experience it myself. I’d heard the company was in disarray after IPO from former employees. Maybe a blessing in disguise.
I’m very sorry to hear this was your candidate experience with Procore. What you’ve described does not align with the standards we hold ourselves to and I will promptly investigate what happened here. If you have any additional details to share or would like to discuss your experience with me further, please reach out to employerfeedback@procore.com.
