Within a few hours of applying, a Procore recruiter emailed me and said they’d like to chat with me. He asked for my availability and sent a link for me to set it up via Calendly. I accepted the auto invite that came through for the time I had selected. When that time/date arrived, I awaited the call but he never called. I emailed him to ask if I should provide additional availability, and did not hear back. Then a couple weeks later I received a generic email from recruiting stating they decided not to move forward at this point. No apology or acknowledgement about the recruiter not showing up for my screening call.

Email was sent to book in an interview, Phone interview that was very casual. Discussed about experience and team culture. About 30 minutes long. I did not receive an email about the outcome.
