Not in depth, one sided conversation about their growing needs, and towering responsibilities, about working 24*7 and supporting their newly fast growing startup with them lacking behind with having less and less meaningful leadership

Interview
1. call via recruiter then a 15 min discussion on past projects etc.
2. Machine coding round :- Implement a infinite scroll component end to end.
Interviewee was pretty weak and adamant on getting answers on which only he knew, he expects a production grade working npm library in less than 30 mins.
Told him all the performance & optimization needed, he still wrote in feedback stating I basically not knew this or that.
basically they has pretty low budget and could not afford to hire anyone on decent money.
beware:- you will answer all the things yet result will not be in your favour

Interview
The interview process was quite surface level.
Got a message from the CEO on LinkedIn to connect. But seems like somebody is shadowing the account.
A senior level position and the first round is with HR. Surface level questions on sales without going deep dive into the process.
The problem is you don’t hear anything from them. You get a message from CEO to connect directly , then a junior HR Person asks about Sales without going deep and no one comes back when they told that they will be back with next steps.
It is frustrating to see that there is no clarity on the process.
