Applied online. I got a form to fill after a few days about how much experience I have with Angular and React. I filled it will almost all required experience points. After about a week I got an email to schedule a Video call.
In the video call it was OK, The interviewer was asking a few simple technical questions and I answered them correctly as I have extensive experience in the matter. Then after the interviewer explained the process and the next steps. He said he is going to sent me the next information about the next interview processes so I was ready for it.
The next day, while I was waiting for the next step of the interview process, I got a canned rejection response with no real context whatsoever. Something like I was not a good fit - although I had technically all the required skills mentioned in the job description and even more.
Someone mentioned that they those startups have to meet a quota of interviews for their investors. I believe that what is happening because it didn't make sense.
I don't think the hire anyone at the moment, they just playing it. Avoid.
