I recently had the opportunity to interview with ProCare for a role that seemed like a great fit based on the company's mission and the recruiter’s enthusiasm. I really appreciated the chance to speak with the recruiter and learn about the impactful work ProCare does. However, my interview experience was less than ideal. During the panel interview, I primarily spoke with one person, while the other two arrived late and didn’t seem engaged, with one even spending the majority of the time on their phone. At one point, I was even asked if I had friends, which felt unprofessional and out of place. I was excited about the role, but after considering the compensation of $21/hour for a position with three days in the office, I realized it didn’t align with my expectations or career goals. While I admire the work ProCare does, I ultimately decided not to move forward with the position. That said, I do appreciate the recruiter’s time and the opportunity to learn more about the company, and I would be open to future roles with ProCare that may better align with my professional goals and expectations.
