I applied online. I interviewed at ProKitchen Software
Interview
The process was a true gut punch . I had my initial phone interview and explained I was relocating to the area , I traveled for an in person interview where I was told “ I was highly liked for the position” . Later that day they scheduled a second interview were I met with the president and also sat in with a sales representative and toured the office. ( I for sure thought I would get offered the position). Within 5 minutes of leaving the building I was sent a email saying I was not accepted even though I was a strong candidate. Such a poor experience , really left me questioning if I did something wrong the second day

Question 1
Advice I’d give for next time is to compile the day in one . Inviting someone back makes you believe that you got the position and especially for someone who traveled it’s just a little more important to be mindful of what you’re deciding early
