called me after an urgent care was interested in me . Process was very short and easy, asked about availability and experience. Asked what hourly wage I wanted, and negociated pay.
They make you feel very comfortable and explain with the company is about and what they offer. It does not feel like an interrogation and they do warn you about how busy the workflow is due to COVID-19 so you have the option to either continue the interview or decline from moving forward

Interview
Easy process, was asked minimal questions and received a call back in about a week. I was hired as a MA floater. Management did what they wanted because it’s a non union job.
