!!!BEWARE: Compensation Consideration (Canadian Students)
Do not work for this company if you are a Canadian University student. They are paying you $23 CAD which is $16.81 USD. Its literally exploitation because they can get cheap labor by hiring Canadian students. They also are a contracting company meaning if a company like Amazon hires Proautomated to fix their industrial issues and Amazon gives Proautomated $100 per hour USD that means out of that $100 USD you are literally getting paid pennies. Not to mention having to constantly eat out, no lifestyle (you will be working 10 days straight Monday through Wednesday and coming home for four days and leaving Monday at 5am)
Interview Pros:
- Smooth process, inviting interviewers, questions were simple to answer
- Had three rounds (first was an IQ/behavioural test, second was a 30-min interview, and then 1 hour technical interview)
Cons
- They told me I did extremely well during the interview, made it seem like I had the job and told me I am such a strong candidate just to reject me
