I applied in-person. I interviewed at Prisma Health (Columbia, SC) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview actually felt productive and not like a company trying to just choose any RN due to short staffing. What I did was spoke to the manager and requested a shadow and from there an interview was set up and done soon after.

Question 1
Questions included “why do you feel this is the floor you would like to be on”, “what are your concerns regarding the floor/what would lead you to not accept an offer”.
It was one of the better remote interviews I've had. Asked many of the usual questions, but it was more informal and less robotic than others I've had. I felt the answers to my questions were answered honestly, no fluff added.

Question 1
Why did I want to work for Prisma, and why the specific department I was applying for (different than my previous departments).
Initial Interview was done virtually with direct management. This was followed by peer interview with various department managers virtually also. I think most interviews are done in person at this time.

Question 1
How did I handle a difficult situation with co worker
I lived out of state so we did the interview via Teams. Interviewed with the nurse manager first and then the nursing team. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.
