First HR will contact you and tell you about the Job profile. Once you are comfortable with the profile and criteria, You will get a test that you need to clear. Once the test is cleared there will be an interview with salary discussion.

I was called for an interview and was made to write hours long assignments. After 2 more meetings to discuss absolutely nothing constructive, I was asked to do a couple of 'PAID' freelance projects to help them understand my quality of work. I agreed. After giving 4 concepts and 2 full length scripts, I was NOT PAID my dues. No understanding of creativity and very bad environment. Stay AWAY.
