I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Priority Consultants in Oct 2024
Interview
Very good and smooth. Interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. The first and second interviews were easy to go into and were facilitated by charismatic people who knew what to ask and to respond, and would give you a transparent understanding on what they want from a potential employee.
I interviewed at Priority Consultants (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
At first, it was an interview with the HR, pretty basic and normal interview. The second interview was straight with the Director; the interviewer was straightforward and talked about the environment in the company and how they needed someone who can handle pressure and multitask with multiple accounts and tasks.

Question 1
Q: Work experience and what was the most challenging experience did you encounter
Long selection process and HR took their time to reach out. I felt it was a complicated process as it was handled by a few different people who don't seem to have communicated with each other.
Our interview process at Priority is definitely extensive. We are always very keen to make sure we have both a cultural fit and also determine the skills level of the applicant matched against the role.
As a very diverse culture with our staff located across 7 countries, there is the added layer to make sure anyone joining the team will respect and adhere to our Diversity and inclusion policy and framework.
Having said that - we do try very hard to keep the interview process tight and not lose time and obviously apologise if it seems a bit long.
When a candidate is a mismatch for the role, we take the blame on ourselves and as with everything we do, the goal is to provide a working environment for the right talent to stay with us and grow as professionals. This applies across all our teams from the content writers to the client servicing teams and our amazing headquarters team of admin and support.
