It was very easy to get an interview. Too easy in hindsight. They had me come in less than a week after submitting my resume. There was a literacy test at the start. I showed up 10 minutes early, however, the interview started 10 minutes late. In the interview I was informed that I could not expect even the bottom number of the pay rate mentioned in the description because I did not have experience in Enfocus Switch and PitStop Pro, those had not been listed as requirements in the description. I had more than met all the listed job requirements and already have experience. It was ridiculously low, $10/hr less than I was to expect, and $3/hr below the listed hourly rate. I was told that after a probation and training period I could expect a $1/hr raise, and after a year or more, if I was doing well, I "might" merit one more dollar an hour. The interviewer left to "move his car" halfway through the interview and did not return for awhile. When he finally bothered to return, it was made clear to me that they would deign to offer me the job, as long as I understood that I should be grateful for it. I expressed that I did not feel that this job would be a good fit for me. I was called a week later and informed that they had decided not to offer me a position.
