The entire process moved very quickly and I went thru the entire process in about 1 to 2 weeks. After initial screening with HR, there was one interview panel with two interviewers, with another follow-up conversation with a senior leader.

Describe your previous experience and how it will translate to this role
It was great. Great recruiting staff and great experience overall. I really appreciate the time the team took to understand me and how I fit within Principal. The interviews were multiple rounds.
