The interview process was easy. Phone screen, then one panel interview with hiring managers. I would say my overall experience was positive. The hiring managers were very nice and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable being myself.

Very laid back interview. You can pretty much talk about what you want but you need to stay on track. Relate everything you talk about to work. I can't stress enough how important it is to let them know how Principal came about on your job search.
