They called me twice to their office for interview.The first time I went the interviewer who was suppose to take my interview dis not show, so the hr arranged someone else who conducted the interview as if he was just killing time.The second time it was a serious discussion and things went well. But they were unable to offer as per my expectation which were a reasonable 25%. The main problem with principal is their HR who has no seriousness to fill the said position. I know people in the analytics fraternity who were interviewed and had similar experience. I think they don't want to fill a position, but only want to scout for new ideas by conducting series of interviews
