I had taken an eLitmus exam and they called me for an interview based on my score. The very first round was technical round. They asked me a couple of easy coding questions and some puzzles. It is really important to know that, you have to answer the puzzles in a very "conservative" way. I tried answering them as per my own way but the guy simply declined it. Also, he kept revolving around the "Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?" question for too long. But, I think it will really depend upon the guy you will be interviewing with.
The next round was Managerial round. I was asked some basic academic related questions like best academic achievements and topics you are interested in. This was more of a pre-HR round. Remember that they eliminate a lot of students in the last two rounds. So even if you cleared your technical round, don't count as the job done.
The last round was an HR round. This was the shortest but the most annoying one. The lady who was interviewing me kept on going outside of the room and coming back in. She had hardly asked me more than 4-5 typical HR questions but I sat in the interview room for more than 25 minutes (just to give you an idea).
Again - Make sure that you do not keep your hopes high after the first round.
After the end of the interview, I was almost sure that I have got the job. But the HR came and told me that they will communicate with me within one week. I think they did that for everyone who cleared first two rounds. But, I did not hear from them at all. After 10 days, on the eLitmus website my application status was changed from "Confirmed" to "Not selected".
Even though, I anwered all the questions of all the three rounds (as per my understanding), I could not convert it.
