HR scheduled meeting with hiring manager and HR, there was no initial HR phone screen. Communicating with HR was difficult as replying would cause a bounce back. The hiring manager was uninterested, after a few minutes he said he was done asking questions and passed on the remainder of the interview to HR. Then when I asked the hiring manager questions, he did not respond, he was working on something else on his computer, distracted, I had to ask the question twice. Not a good first impression of the organization.
