I applied for the job through my school's career website. The next day I received a call from Andy, the founder. They brought me in for an interview. First I met with two employees and talked about my experience. They explained how the program works. My job was for selling AT&T U-Verse. The position was entirely commission based but if you hit your goals, you could advance to manager and eventually learn how to run your own office. I then met with Andy and our conversation was similar. I left not wanting to work there. I followed up but never received a call back or offer. I didn't care because after doing some research, I didn't want the job. I feel they're just a company looking to exploit uninformed, desperate college kids with no better options. It was a little too easy to get the interview. I didn't even send a cover letter.
