phone screening first then an interview with the hiring manager and your direct leadership, It is not too long and easy to apply. straight forward questions and easy to answer
First round a phone interview and second round in person with staff and managers. The phone conversation was very nice and gave both of us an initial impression of one another. During the in person interview, several staff interviewed me individually and their combined experience will result in either an offer or rejection.

Question 1
Give one example of a ”difficult” situation and how you overcome the issue.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primera Analytical Solutions (Cranbury, NJ) in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied directly by sending my CV to one of the managers as I was told by a contact that they were looking to expand their group. There were some emails exchanged and then I was invited for a 2h on-site interview. I met the supervisors of two groups that were interested in my profile. Both supervisors were interested in hiring me, so I could choose in the end. I also met some of my future colleagues, making it 6 people in total.
