POC has been in business for over 22 years and our current project group has been in place for over 3 years, so it was a surprise to see this recent comment coming from a Project Manager. We as a company try to figure out if the person interviewing will fit both academically and socially, unfortunately some people over promise and under deliver or say they have the experience, and we find out they don’t. We as a company can always do better regarding training however, when we find ourselves in a position where we have a large discrepancy, we believe it is in the best interest of both parties to separate as we commented on your employee review you posted over 3 years ago. We hope you can move on.
