Really quick and easy interview, the whole think took less than 30 minutes. I was asked 3 STAR questions, why I applied for the role and what I think customer service means.
Straightforward, relaxed interview process with one member of their management team. No complicated questions asked, all to be expected for this type of position. I was made to feel at ease.
Casual chat with some situational questions, such as prioritisation, and some personality type questions too, and why do you want to work here etc, they also gave a tour of the back of the shop but not in massive depth
