applied online, completed an online competency test with questions where you are given a scenario and you have to pick the best and worst answer. Passed this stage and had a phone call to arrange an interview, went in, was asked around 5 questions, generally such as 'tell me about a time you've helped a colleague?' - found out a few days later I had the job and started work about a week later
Quick and simple. There was an online test before interview stage. I was asked a few questions one-on-one by the manager. I heard back quite quickly. It was as expected for retail.
Group interview asking about our experience and a normal chat about what we want to achieve in this job role and what are our aspirations. Overall a pleasant interview experience with no complaints.
