Good interview process, they were very nice and trying to help me out rather than catch me out. I heard back from them quickly with a phone call. They asked general sales questions as well as competency questions. They initially hire everyone on a temporary contract, presumably so they don't have to rehire anyone who has been a problem, but getting retired on a permanent basis is easy enough as long as you haven't caused any trouble while there.

What would you do if someone asked you about a particular item that they had seen, but we didn't have it in stock?
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
-pretty easy and straightforward
-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
