Interview
I applied through the company website, and they called me a few weeks later to schedule an online interview. This was the only phase required back then (2021), and I believe it still is like that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask if you are willing to work on weekends ad night shifts. 3 qualities about yourself and 3 bad things as well. After that, they ask you about your background and how you deal with working within a busy environment. They usually ask simple questions and it's an easy interview.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

If there were clothes on the floor, what would you do and why?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
