they mainly want to know about your experience, qualifications mean nothing to them. they care about customer service and your skills. if you have lots of experience with retail and customers you have a high chance of getting the job

It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
