I applied online through their website and was invited to interview about 2 weeks later and given over a weeks notice. The interview was casual, consisted of a one on one with a HR manager. I was told I'd be informed within the next week and heard back the next day that I had been offered the job and was to attend an induction that weekend

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
