I applied online, got a phone call the next day. Pretty much got hired on the spot with no experience, explained how the company “worked” and they gave me an orientation date
Not too extensive, you just need to make sure you know your protocols. They call you into the room and ask you a few questions about different scenarios like medical and trauma.
