I was dressed professionally, Director of Nirsong met me, she was in casual attire. Interview was informal, spent less than 5 minutes talking to them and wasn't once asked an interview question. Was then given a tour and then asked if I wanted the job. It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had in my life.
