The first interview was on the phone with the director of HR, and it was an easy conversation about experience and current needs for the open position. The second interview was also on the phone with the direct report, a simple get-to-know-each-other, and a few professional questions describing experience and learning more about the role. The final interview was in person. I met the CEO and Director of HR, had an office tour, and finalized the discussion around the available role. The total interview process took around two weeks.
