The interview lasted about 30 minutes and there were two interviewers present. It seemed very casual, but I think they are more formal now. The interviewers were friendly and didn’t ask too many technical questions.
I had two panel interviews, each 30 minutes, with two people — one from HR and one from the Patient Access team. The salary wasn’t posted on the job listing, but I’ve learned the range is $45K–$75K, and they sometimes go above that. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely nice, but they offered me a lower amount than I expected.

Prospective candidates do a phone screening with HR, followed by an in person interview of around 30 minutes. A background in healthcare or insurance is preferred, but not required. Case manager or customer service representative is the most entry level position here.
