Interview went not good. HR Side after the Interview there is no response Irrelevant Questions from the Interviewer . Always Expecting referral for this job. Dear HR and recruiters, Please stop worrying about font sizes, and CV styles. Just accept CV’s and give people jobs. Unemployment, hunger and depression are real. Job haunting is emotionally draining and tiring. Let's focus on the important things. Look at the person behind the CV, their experiences and skills.
