I had 3 interviews with them-- A screening phone interview, A video interview with 2 team members, then a video interview with a hiring manager. A nightmare across the board. 1) During the second interview, a team member told me there is essentially no work/life balance and you basically have to work up to 60 hour weeks with no overtime pay. 2) My third interview was scheduled same day. Was emailed in the morning and asked to hop on a video call that afternoon (they are clearly struggling with organization). 3) After the 3rd interview, they straight up ghosted me. I was told I'd be contacted by the following Monday about next steps-- nothing. I reached out after about 2 weeks to follow up. They said they were still in the "candidate interview/reviewing" phase and would keep me updated (despite saying during the interview, we have to fill this immediately and don't have time to mess around). After that, they completely stopped responding. Obviously, I didn't get an offer, but they never even told me I didn't get it. If someone takes the time to do 3 interviews with you, you can at least tell them you won't be making them an offer-- they will waste your time, don't interview with them.
