It was not a very technical interview, but a culture of working late into the night became apparent (a red flag for me). Verbally asked to join the team, I asked for time to consider and was told there would be follow-up answering some questions I had in the next week but there wasn't. A month later, I received a text that they went a different direction. Overall, it was pretty unprofessional and felt like if they really wanted me to join the team, they would have better communication and gave me insight on how the company functions.
