A week after I have applied, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled 2 interviews with VPs in a week's span. The day after my final interview, I have followed up with the recruiter and was told that the feedback was positive and he would get back to me by Friday (a couple of days). Apart from following a couple of times, I never heard from him. If they wish not to proceed further, it is the responsibility of the recruiter to communicate and be transparent with whatever result it may be. The recruiter was not very professional when it comes to communication and maintaining transperancy.
