I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prescott's (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview as two short meetings with the regional manager and national sales manager. Both were very easy to talk to and tried to make sure I had a go idea of what this job actually was.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prescott's (Monument, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
1-2 interviews with Director of Contracts + manager and then a final interview with multiple regional managers. They are laid back and look for personality fits. someone who is going to work hard and collaboratively with a team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Prescott's (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2021
Interview
The single longest, and most unprofessional interview process I have ever seen for a $30,000 salary job. I don't even know where to start..
-Got asked how old I was on the first call. Very strange and awkward conversation.
-No-show for the Video Chat interview. No heads up until it was already minutes passed the time the interview was suppose to start.
-Had salary posted as $80,000, on the second interview they tell you its $30,000
-Get asked the exact same questions over and over again. Each interview . Very clear they had no previous notes of other interviews, or what was even discussed prior
-Interviews lasted over 3+ weeks. Said they would let everyone know within a week of the last interview.
-They then posted the same job again within a week of the last interview, no contact, or update on the interview. I received the "you fit this role email" from Indeed... sent from the same company, and same person that I had been interviewing with.
