I applied online. I interviewed at Presbyterian Senior Living (Oxford, PA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview was a very positive experience. The position was offered and I accepted. I spent the next several weeks completing all requirements. Passed all tests and on board requests. Physical/background check. The orientation days were scheduled. On the morning of the first day of the orientation the HR manager phoned me over an alleged discrepancy with one of my references. They have a complicated process. And I gave them more references than they required. She was to let me know the following morning if I could attend the next days orientation. She never called back. I have read employee reviews and have heard it's not an uncommon practice to be offered employment and it's rescinded. So I don't feel as bad about the experience now.

Interview
Quick and to the point, clear expectations. No frills, just basically told me day to day tasks, and then asked me situational questions. Having to have 30 words in this box is stupid.
