People were very friendly relaxed environment felt like they were genuinely interested in my background and when I had to bring to the organization.I asked a lot of questions when I was there and got good answers found it to be relaxed is the environment is more relaxed than a public company

Interview process was misleading presenting job conditions that were very different than the reality; the expectations were unrealistic, their response was not according to what they said. The interviewers didn't agree in their expectations, which caused the later confusion.
