Phone call with typical behavior questions. Just asked about resume, previous tutoring experiences, hours, flexibility in schedule, subjects taught, etc. It is a remote job without video tutoring but can be in person in certain instances.
Wow, super negative interview experience. I applied online and got a phone interview scheduled within a few days. You could tell that the recruiter was reading off a script. Interview took ~5 minutes because she only asked me one question! I graduated from a top 10 university and have 4 years of tutoring experience (recruiter wasn't interested in hearing about my experience at all).
Terrible. It’s over the phone and everything you say is tape recorded, The interviewer just reads a prepared script - no real interview skills. The phone cuts in and out as the call is recorded and it gives the feeling of being listened in on. Horrid experience. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spy on their tutors.

Interviewer had no significant questions. Just read from script. Then said “Tell me about yourself.” Then said “Do you have any questions?” That’s it. Interviewer seemed incompetent.
